Kaysie with her teaThank you so much for visiting the Tea Rose!

I hope you are being blessed and inspired by the words written, pictures posted, and memories shared, and are encouraged in your God-given femininity to embrace your role as daughter/sister/mother/wife to live beautifully, radiantly, and purely as a woman of God.

The art of taking tea has captivated me for many years now, and I have enjoyed learning about and drinking as much of it as I can! To me, taking tea is the most elegant form of femininity there is, for all the virtues and grace of womanhood are manifested through it’s delicacy, etiquette, hospitality, charm, and simple beauty. It can be enjoyed alone or can welcome the dearest of friends or strangers to your table.

On this blog I hope to share some tea timethe best tea moments at home or at some favorite tea rooms, poems or articles on biblical womanhood, and just tidbits about me and my life as a woman pursuing godliness and true femininity. I look forward to sharing my experiences with you and I hope that you enjoy them.

Oh, and would you keep us (our family) in prayer? We are about to go on a “church search” as I like to call it, and it is going to be difficult to find a good church and one that supports our beliefs and doesn’t think you’re nuts for not watching Grey’s Anatomy and homeschooling your kids! ~Morgan

the time thing says it’s 4 in the morning…but, rest assured, it’s not. =) I don’t want you to think I’m up in the middle of the night!

I absolutely love tea! I just adore an old fashioned, English tea party, complete with crumpets, scones, and other tea-ish dainties. Mmmmm!!

A couple of years ago, I began drinking tea quite regularly, so often in fact, that Mom has limited me to two cups a day! (or at least, two tea bags)I guess it was getting too expensive. :-)

    Cheers!
